You will be able to reach all sightseeing landmarks on foot. The nearest metro station is NDK (National Palace of Culture), but if you are coming from the airport it is quicker to get off at Vasil Levski Stadium station. The metro is really convenient and you can reach any point of Sofia. The ticket costs 1.60 LEV or 0.80 EURO. If you think you will use the metro frequently there are different daily or weekly ticket options.
