The place is in the cultural heart of the city. A few minutes walk will take you to the Rakovski Street - the Bulgarian Broadway. Vitosha Blvd, the city's main street is just a 7mn walk away. This is an old part of the city with mostly paved roads and old brick buildings with interesting architecture. The best restaurants, bars and clubs the city can offer are all a walking distance away (we are talking 10 minutes here...).
